ez-gSEAL 100B Pressure Controller
The ez-gSEAL 100B Pressure Controller is primarily designed for automated patch clamp experiments but is also suitable for a wide range of other applications. Built on the foundation of our 100A model, it features numerous enhancements for improved performance and ease of use.
With the ez-gSEAL 100B, patch clamping is as simple as the click of a button. It can be seamlessly integrated with our ezPATCH 100A smart manipulator, PatchMAX 100B automated patch clamp system, ChannelMAX 100B Mini automated dual clamp system, or ChannelMAX 100B Mini automated quad clamp system to enable fully automated patch clamp workflows. Alternatively, it can function as a standalone controller on traditional electrophysiology rigs.
Beyond patch clamping, the ez-gSEAL 100B is also ideal for drug puffing, Patch-seq, atomic force microscopy, and stretch-activated channel studies. The system is software-controlled and self-contained, with built-in pumps—eliminating the need for external air tanks.
